Jasper Blom is a political economist at the University of Amsterdam. His areas of expertise are global financial governance and financial and monetary crises. His current research interests are G20 economic governance, private interest representation in global financial governance, and the conceptual ramifications of the Anthropocene. Previously, he was director of the green think tank Bureau de Helling and worked as a policy advisor at the European Central Bank and Dutch Ministry of Finance.
